New Employees (Employees beginning after August 1st)
Please join us for a benefits presentation that begins at 9:00AM. The presentation will conclude at 10:00AM and you will then have a chance to complete your benefits enrollment here with us and also finish up any new hire paperwork that may be outstanding.
Please bring the following information:
- Any social security numbers and DOB’s of family members you intend to cover for insurance.
- Two forms of ID’s (if you have not taken your picture for your ID badge, you can do that here on these days, you just need two government issued ID’s – one picture and one non-picture)
- Please know when your benefits end with your previous employer, this will be important.
